多种药物联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果探讨

摘要 目的:分析研究糖尿病周围神经病变采取多种药物共同治疗的临床效果。方法:2012年11月-2013年12月收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。试验组实施甲钴胺联合α-硫辛酸共同治疗,对照组实施甲钴胺联合胰激肽原酶注射剂共同治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组总有效率(94%)明显优于对照组的(80%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组感觉运动神经传导速度明显增快(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病周围神经病变采取甲钴胺联合α-硫辛酸共同治疗,可以获得明显治疗效果,使患者健康生活质量得到保障。 Objective:To analyze and study the clinical effect of multiple drugs combined in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from November 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The experimental group were given mecobalamine combined with α-lipoic acid treatment.The control group were given mecobalamine combined with kallidinogenase injection treatment.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94%,which was better than 80% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the motor nerve conduction velocity of the experimental group was significantly faster(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is treated by mecobalamine combined with α-lipoic acid treatment.It can obtain obvious therapeutic effect and make the health living quality of patients with guaranteed.
