不同出生体重与体内糖化血红蛋白的关系探讨(附98例报告)

摘要 目的:探讨胎儿平均血糖水平对宫内发育的影响。方法:98例按出生体重分大于胎龄儿组(LGA)、适于胎龄儿组(AGA)和小于胎龄儿组(SGA)。以LGA、SGA与AGA糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)比较。结果:LGA组与AGA组HbA1c比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SGA组与AGA组HbA1c比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LGA组新生儿出生体重比值与体内HbA1c含量存在直线正相关,中度相关关系(P<0.05);SGA组新生儿出生体重比值与HbA1c含量存在直线正相关,低度相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:HbA1c水平能够反映胎儿宫内发育的大致状况,而直接影响到新生儿的出生体重。 Objective:To investigate the effect of the average fetal blood glucose levels on intrauterine growth.Methods:98 cases of newborn were selected according to birth weight.They were divided into the large for gestational age group(LGA),appropriate for gestational age group(AGA) and small for gestational age group(SGA).We compared the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin of the three groups.Results:Hb A1 c levels in group LGA and group AGA were significantly different(P<0.01);Hb A1 c levels in SGA group and AGA group were significantly different(P<0.05).In group LGA,neonatal birth weight ratio was linear positive correlation with vivo glycated hemoglobin content,and it was a moderate correlation(P<0.05);in group SGA,neonatal birth weight ratio was linear positive correlation with glycosylated hemoglobin content,and it was the low correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hb A1 c levels can reflect the general situation of fetal development,which directly affect neonatal birth weight.
