CT诊断在颅脑外伤患者早期诊断中的应用价值

Value of CT in the diagnosis of traumatic brain injury patients with early diagnosis

目的:探讨多排螺旋CT在颅脑外伤诊断过程中的临床应用价值。方法:收治颅脑外伤患者75例,对患者进行CT扫描,回顾性分析患者的基本临床资料,并对患者的扫描图像进行分析。结果:经CT扫描诊断,发现75例颅脑外伤的患者中被诊断为颅脑内血肿3例(4.0%),诊断为颅骨骨折4例(5.3%),诊断为硬膜下积液8例(10.7%),诊断为硬膜下血肿12例(16.0%),诊断为硬膜外血肿5例(6.7%),诊断为脑挫裂伤18例(24.0%),诊断为蛛网下腔出血25例(33.3%)。结论:CT诊断颅脑外伤的准确率高,图像清晰,有利于颅脑外伤患者的早期诊断,并为颅脑外伤的临床治疗提供有效的信息,具有临床推广和使用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of traumatic brain injury.Methods:75patients with traumatic brain injury were selected.CT scan was performed on patients.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the scanning images were analyzed.Results:Diagnosis by CT scan found 75 cases of traumatic brain injury patients were diagnosed with the brain hematomas in 3 patients(4.0%);diagnosis of skull fractures in 4 patients(5.3%);diagnosis of subdural effusion in 8 patients(10.7%);diagnosis of subdural hematoma in 12 patients(16.0%);diagnosis of epidural hematoma in5 patients(6.7%);diagnosis of cerebral contusion in 18 patients(24.0%);diagnosis of cobweb lower chamber hemorrhage in 25patients(33.3%).Conclusion:The accuracy of CT diagnosis of traumatic brain injury is high,and image was clear.It is conducive to the early diagnosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma,and it can provide the effective information for the clinical treatment of craniocerebral trauma.It is worthy of spreading and application in clinic.
