肱骨外科颈骨折手法复位后联合小夹板外固定治疗的临床护理观察

Clinical nursing observation of manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation for fracture of surgical neck of humerus

目的:观察肱骨外科颈骨折手法复位后联合小夹板外固定治疗的临床护理。方法:2009年5月-2012年5月收治肱骨外科颈骨折患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。观察组应用综合护理配合手法复位及夹板外固定治疗,对照组应用常规护理配合手法复位及夹板外固定治疗。结果:观察组的骨折骨性愈合率及肩关节功能优良率均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用综合护理配合手法复位与小夹板外固定方式治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,可取得骨折骨性愈合率高,功能锻炼早,软组织修复快的临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing of manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation for fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods:80 patients with humerus surgical neck fracture were selected from May 2009 to May 2012.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The observation group were given comprehensive nursing combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation,and the control group were given conventional nursing combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation.Results:In the observation group,the bone healing rate and the excellent rate of fracture of shoulder joint function was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:We used comprehensive nursing combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation for treatment of fracture of surgical neck of humerus;fracture healing rate is high;the function exercise is the earliest;soft tissue repair is fast.
