食管癌术后吻合口良性狭窄球囊扩张术后护理观察

Observation of nursing after balloon dilation of benign anastomotic stenosis after the operation of esophageal carcinoma

目的:探讨食管癌术后吻合口良性狭窄球囊扩张术后患者的护理方法与效果。方法:2012年1月-2013年12月收治食管癌术后吻合口良性狭窄患者24例,均行球囊扩张术治疗,给予患者精心护理后,观察患者的治疗效果。结果:本组患者24例,术后立即复查结果显示,22例有效,2例无效,治疗有效率91.7%;扩张良好20例(83.3%),达到临床要求;术后1周复查再狭窄11例(45.8%),1个月复查再狭窄7例(29.2%),3个月复查再狭窄1例(4.2%)。结论:食管癌术后吻合口良性狭窄球囊扩张术后患者应给予其精心的护理,以获取良好的手术结局。

Objective:To explore the nursing method and effect after balloon dilation of benign anastomotic stenosis after the operation of esophageal carcinoma.Methods:24 patients with benign anastomotic stenosis after the operation of esophageal carcinoma were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were treated with balloon dilatation,and they were given careful nursing.We observed the therapeutic effect of patients.Results:In 24 patients,after operation, 22 cases were effective;2cases were ineffective;the effective rate of treatment was 91.7%.20 cases(83.3%) met the clinical requirements.1 week after operation,restenosis was in 11 cases(45.8%);1 month after operation,restenosis was in 7 cases(29.2%);3 months after operation,1patient was in restenosis(4.2%).Conclusion:Patients after balloon dilation of benign anastomotic stenosis after the operation of esophageal carcinoma should be given careful nursing,in order to obtain a good outcome of surgery.
