舒适护理在神经内科护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of application comfortable nursing in department of internal medicine-neurology

目的:分析研究在神经内科护理当中舒适护理的效果。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收治患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例,试验组给予舒适护理干预,并对其进行满意度评估和焦虑评量表比较。结果:试验组的住院天数、住院费用明显低于对照组;试验组的满意程度明显优于对照组;试验组的焦虑程度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用舒适护理优质服务能够显著提高护理服务质量,提高患者满意率,缓解护患关系,减少患者住院天数和费用,目前最为有效的一种护理方法措施,具有临床推广价值应用。

Objective:To analyzed the effect of application comfortable nursing in department of internal medicine-neurology.Methods:80 patients were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group received comfort nursing intervention,and we compared the satisfaction evaluation and anxiety rating scale in two groups.Results:The hospitalized days and cost of hospitalization of the experimental group was significantly lower than those of the control group;patient satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group;the anxiety level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing services can significantly improve the quality of nursing service,improve patient satisfaction,ease the relationship between nurses and patients,and significantly reduced the days of hospitalization and the amount of money.It is the most effective methods of nursing currently,So it is worthy of clinical application.
