摘要
目的:研究电话随访对高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:2012年6-12月收集高血压患者220例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各110例。观察组给予每月定期随访,对照组给予每半年门诊随访,对两组患者的血压控制稳定性和治疗依从性进行比较。结果:两组患者的血压控制稳定比例以及治疗依从性比较,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区高血压患者进行定期电话随访,给予延续性健康教育,有利于提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective:To study the effect of telephone follow-up on the treatment compliance of patients with hypertension.Methods:220 patients with hypertension were selected from June to December 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 110 cases in each.The observation group was given regular monthly follow-up,and the control group was given every half year follow-up.The blood pressure control stability and treatment compliance of two groups were compared.Results:The blood pressure control stability and treatment compliance were compared between two groups,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regular telephone follow-up for the patients with hypertension in community with giving continuing health education can improve the treatment compliance of patients.
