摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗患者并发卵巢囊肿的情况。方法:52例患者采用枸橼酸他莫昔芬10 mg,2次/d,治疗12个月,定期盆腔B超复查。结果:卵巢囊肿总发病率30.77%。最大囊肿(9 cm×8 cm×6 cm)发生于绝经前患者,最小囊肿(2.6 cm×2 cm×2 cm)发生于绝经后患者。结论:他莫昔芬对绝经前及围绝经期女性患者卵巢功能的影响明显,而对绝经后女性的影响较小。
Objective:To explore the condition of breast cancer complicated with ovarian cyst accepting endocrine therapy.Methods:52 cases were treated with citrate tamoxifen 10 mg(2times/d)for 12 months,and pelvic B ultrasound reviewed regularly.Results:The total incidence of ovarian cyst was 30.77%.The biggest ovarian cyst(9 cm×8 cm×6 cm) occurred in premenopausal patients,and the minimum(2.6 cm × 2 cm × 2 cm) occurred in postmenopausal patients.Conclusion:Tamoxifen has obvious influence on the ovarian function of the premenopausal and perimenopausal women,which has little effect on the postmenopausal women.
