摘要
目的:总结特殊人群慢性反复性根尖周炎治疗方法。方法:2010年1月-2013年12月收治特殊人群慢性根尖周炎患者112例,采用根管内封碘仿或空管糊剂治疗。结果:治疗后2周,102例患者自觉症状消失,患牙能行使咀嚼功能,X线片示患牙根尖阴影区减小或消失。5例无效拔除。结论:全身因素对慢性根尖周炎病情变化有很大影响,碘仿及空管糊剂对慢性根尖周炎有一定疗效。
Objective:To summarize the treatment methods of the special groups with chronic and repeatable periapical periodontitis.Methods:112 cases of the special groups with chronic periapical periodontitis from January 2010 to December 2013 were treated with iodoform used in root canal or paste used in empty tube.Results:2 weeks follow-up,102 patients were found the symptom disappeared,with the teeth exercising chewing function,and the root apex shadow area in X ray film decreased or disappeared.5 cases were invalid and pulled out.Conclusion:The systemic factors has great influence on the condition changes of chronic periapical periodontitis,and the iodoform and paste used in empty tube has certain curative effect on chronic periapical periodontitis.
