加味三金汤治疗泌尿系结石47例临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of Jia Wei San Jin decoction in the treatment of 47 cases of urinary calculi

目的:观察加味三金汤治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法:经临床确诊的泌尿系结石47例,以三金汤为主方,根据不同临床特点适当加减药味或剂量。结果:痊愈29例(61.7%),好转12例(25.5%),无效6例(12.8%),总有效率87.2%。结论:加味三金汤是治疗泌尿系结石的有效方剂。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jia Wei San Jin decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:47cases of urinary calculi with clinical diagnosis were used the main party with Jia Wei San Jin decoction,according to different clinical characteristics appropriate addition and subtraction of medicine or dose.Results:29 cases(61.7%) were cured;12cases(25.5%) were improved;6 cases(12.8%) were invalid;the total effective rate was 87.2%.Conclusion:Jia Wei San Jin decoction is the effective prescription in the treatment of urinary calculi.
