摘要
目的:观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法:2012年6月-2014年3月收治轮状病毒肠炎患儿80例,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组予以常规对症及支持治疗,观察组在对症支持治疗基础上加用热毒宁注射液静滴治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,退热时间及止泻时间亦明显短于对照组。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎可以缩短腹泻时间并及早退热,疗效肯定。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Re Du Ning injection in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods:80 children with rotavirus enteritis were selected from June 2012 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given routine symptomatic and supportive treatment,while the observation group were treated with Re Du Ning injection based on the routine symptomatic and supportive treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,therefore,the cooling time and the antidiarrheal time were significantly shorter than those of the control group.Conclusion:Re Du Ning injection can shorten the duration of diarrhea in children with rotavirus enteritis,in addation,it also can bring down a fever early,so we can conclude that Re Du Ning injection has positive curative effect in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.
