中药灌肠治疗原发性肠梗阻临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical effect of the enema with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨中药灌肠治疗原发性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:2013年7月-2014年7月收治原发性肠梗阻患者44例,随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗的方法,观察组在此基础上采用中药灌肠治疗,1个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状改善时间。结果:观察组治疗有效率(95.45%)显著高于对照组(75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹痛消失时间、肛门排气时间、气液平面消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠治疗原发性肠梗阻临床疗效显著,可迅速改善症状,加速康复时间,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of enema with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary intestinal obstruction.Methods:44 patients with primary intestinal obstruction were selected from July 2013 to July 2014.They were randomly divide into two groups.The control group received conventional Western methods of treatment.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine enema on this basis.The symptoms improvement time and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared after 1 courses of the treatment.Results:The observation group treatment efficiency(95.45%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,the abdominal pain time,anal exhaust time,gas-liquidplane disappeared time were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is significantly effect of the enema with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary intestinal obstruction.It can rapidly improve symptoms and speed up recovery time.It has positive clinical significance.
