256层螺旋CT对冠状动脉支架植入术后再狭窄的临床价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨256层螺旋CT在冠状动脉支架植入术后再狭窄诊断中的应用价值。方法:2012年3月-2014年1月收治冠心病患者45例,接受冠状动脉植入术治疗,作为研究对象,共植入55枚支架,利用256层螺旋CT检查观察支架是否存在变形、再狭窄等情况,并与选择性冠状动脉造影(SCAG)诊断结果进行比较。结果:SCAG检出支架阳性8枚,术后支架再狭窄发生率14.55%。256层螺旋CT检出支架阳性11枚,阴性44枚,支架内再狭窄敏感性87.5%,特异性85.5%,阳性预测值63.64%,阴性预测值97.73%。结论:256层螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉支架植入术后再狭窄准确率较高。 Objective:To explore the application value of 256 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery restenosis after stent implantation.Methods:45 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from March 2012 to January 2014.They were treated with coronary artery implantation as the research objects.It implanted a total of 55 stents.Using 256 slice spiral CT checked and observed whether there was stent deformation and restenosis.And it was compared with the diagnosis result of selective coronary angiography(SCAG).Results:SCAG detected 8 positive stents,the incidence rate of postoperative stent restenosis was 14.55%.256 slice spiral CT detected 11 positive stents and 44 negative;the sensibility of stent restenosis was87.5%;the specificity was 85.5%;the positive predictive value was 63.64%;the negative predictive value was 97.73%.Conclusion:256 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery restenosis after stent implantation has higher accuracy rate.
