摘要
目的:探讨高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:收治乳腺癌患者63例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:超声表现为不均匀低回声实性占位、细点状钙化、血流丰富。高频超声诊断乳腺癌与病理符合率88.9%。结论:高频超声检查无创又简单方便,对乳腺癌检出率和诊断率有一定价值。
Objective:To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:63 patients with breast cancer were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Ultrasonic appearance was inhomogeneous hypoechoic lesions and dotted calcification,blood flow was rich.The coincidence rate of high frequency ultrasound and pathology in diagnosis of breast cancer was 88.9%.Conclusion:High frequency ultrasonography is noninvasive,simple and convenient.It has a certain value for breast cancer detection rate and diagnosis rate.
