BMI。 Objective:To investigate the influence of aerobic training on cardiopulmonary function of chronic heart failure and BMI.Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure were selected from June to December in 2013.They were random Ly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The observation group were given aerobic training and drug treatment, while the control group were given routine drug treatment. In the hospital and aerobic training after 6 months,we detected their resting heart rate, blood pressure, the maximal oxygen uptake and blood oxygen saturation using ECG monitoring instrument;and also checked their lung function by HI-701 type pulmonary function tester that made in Japan;calculated their body mass index(BMI,kg/m2).The results were statistically analyzed and compared. Results:After 6 months of the treatment, heart and lung function of the observation group improved significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).BMI index was significantly decreased in the observation group. Conclusion:Aerobic exercise used in patients with chronic heart failure can improve heart and lung function, and also can reduce their BMI.
