摘要
目的:通过了解和讨论,对流式细胞术在临床检验中的应用情况做出详细分析。方法:通过多次严谨性实验并且真实详细记录每次实验数据,进一步分析流式细胞术在临床检验中的应用效果和可行性。结果:经过实验数据分析,流式细胞术在检验HLA-B27抗原、淋巴细胞亚群、肿瘤标志物、白血病免疫、临床微生物等应用中有着明显的效果。结论:流式细胞术在临床检验中可以得到很好的应用。
Objective:By understanding and discussion,to make a detailed analysis on the application of fluid cell technique in clinical laboratory.Methods:Through rigorous experiments and real detailed minutes of each experimental data,we made further analysis on application effect of flow cytometry in clinical examination and feasibility.Results:Through the experimental data analysis,flow cytometry had obvious effect in the test of HLA-B27 antigen,lymphocyte subsets,tumor markers,leukemia,clinical microbiology and so on.Conclusion:Flow cytometry in clinical test can get very good application.
