摘要
目的:探讨肌电图检查对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的诊断意义。方法:运用神经肌电图检测68例糖尿病患者肢体运动神经传导速度(MCV)及感觉神经传导速度(SCV),并分析患者周围神经损伤情况。结果:全部患者下肢神经传导速度(NCV)异常率(86.76%,59/68)高于上肢NCV异常率(60.29%,41/68);47例有周围神经损伤症状的糖尿病患者中,腓总神经SCV异常率(91.49%),21例无症状的患者中,腓总神经SCV异常率(76.19%)均明显高于其他神经损害的异常率。结论:糖尿病性周围神经病变患者以下肢感觉神经损害为主,及早进行肌电图检测,可以提高对DPN的诊断率,尤其对无周围神经损害症状的患者早期诊断意义重大。
Objective:To discuss the diagnostic significance of electromyography for diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:The limb motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) of 68 diabetic patients were detected by using electromyography.The peripheral nerve injury of patients was analyzed.Results:The abnormal rate(86.76%,59/68) of lower limbs nerve conduction velocity(NCV) was higher than the abnormal rate of upper limb NCV of all patients.In 47 diabetic patients with peripheral nerve injury symptoms,the abnormal rate of nervus peroneus communis SCV was 91.49%.In 21 patients with asymptomatic,the abnormal rate(76.19%) of nervus peroneus communis SCV was significantly higher than that of other nerve damage.Conclusion:The patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy give priority to lower limb sensory nerve damage.The early electromyography detection can improve the diagnosis rate of DPN,especially it has major significance in the early diagnosis of patients without peripheral neuropathy symptoms.
