神经内科患者院内感染因素分析与对策

Analysis of the factor of nosocomial infection in patients of internal medicine-neurology department and provide some countermeasures

目的:对神经内科患者住院期间发生感染的原因进行分析,探讨临床预防控制措施。方法:2011年6月-2013年6月收治神经内科患者97例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析感染的发生情况和构成比,并与本院整体同期院内感染情况进行对比。结果:神经内科患者的院内感染发生率(5.9%)比同期医院整体的院内感染发生率(3.7%)高,神经内科患者感染部位的构成比中,呼吸系统感染最多(69%)。结论:神经内科是医院整体院内感染的高发科室,要加大护理力度,规范护理操作,对易感部位进行预防,多管齐下对院内感染进行预防和控制。

Objective:To analyze the reasons of nosocomial infection in patients of internal medicine-neurology department,and to explore the clinical prevention and control measures.Methods:97 patients of internal medicine-neurology department were selected from June 2011 to June 2013.We analyzed their clinical data retrospectively,analyzed the infection and constituent ratio,and compared with the hospital overall infection in the hospital during the same period.Results:The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients of internal medicine-neurology department was 5.9%,higher than the overall infection rate(3.7%) in the hospital during the same period.The constituent ratio of respiratory system infection was 69%,therefore,it was highest among infection of internal medicine-neurology department.Conclusion:The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients of internal medicine-neurology department is higher,so we should increase the force of nursing,standard nursing operation,in addation,we should make prevention for the susceptible sites,multi pronged approach to the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
