摘要
目的:探究孕期体重的改变与睡眠呼吸暂停的关系。方法:2012年11月30日-2013年8月30日收治孕妇608例,进行睡眠质量调查,并按睡眠调查结果进行分组,分成呼吸暂停组和正常对照组,呼吸暂停组152例孕妇,根据呼吸暂停组从剩余正常孕妇中随机选取152例孕妇作为正常对照组,对两组的体重指数进行专人询问、记录并计算,然后对两组孕妇孕期体重改变进行比较,并对孕前体重指数与睡眠呼吸暂停的关系进行分析。结果:608例孕妇中发生呼吸暂停152例(25%),发生率较高。孕前BMI<24 kg/m2的孕妇476例,发生睡眠呼吸暂停20例;孕前BMI≥24kg/m2的肥胖孕妇132例,发生睡眠呼吸暂停100例,说明孕前肥胖者在怀孕后容易发生睡眠呼吸暂停,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。呼吸暂停组平均孕前体重指数(25.8±1.98)kg/m2,正常对照组平均孕前体重指数(20.31±2.04)kg/m2,呼吸暂停组明显高于正常对照组,经过询问,检查正常对照组孕妇孕期平均体重增加(17.1±2.21)kg,呼吸暂停组孕妇孕期平均体重增加(17.4±4.15.4)kg,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孕前肥胖是孕期出现睡眠呼吸暂停的危险因素,睡眠呼吸暂停对孕妇的体重影响不大,因此,只需采取相应的提高睡眠质量的方法即可。
Objective:To research the relationship between pregnancy weight changes and sleep apnea.Methods:608 pregnants were selected from 30 November 2012 to 30 August 2013.To investigate the quality of sleep,according to the sleep survey results,they were divided into the apnea group and the normal group.152 cases of pregnants were in the apnea group,and from the remaining normal pregnant women,152 cases were random Ly selected as the normal group.The prenants in the two groups of the body weight index were inquiry,recorded and calculated,then the two groups of maternal weight changes were compared,and the relationship between the pre-pregnancy body mass index and sleep apnea were analyzed.Results:152 cases(25%) occurred apnea in the 608 pregnant women,and the incidence rate was high.Pre-pregnancy BMI<24 kg/m2 of pregnant women in 476 cases,20 cases occurred sleep apnea;obese pregnant women before pregnancy BMI≥24 kg/m2 were 132 cases,and 100 cases were occurred sleep apnea,indicating the pre-pregnancy obesity in pregnancy prone to sleep apnea,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The body mass index of the apnea group was(25.8±1.98) kg/m2,and The body mass index of the normal group was(20.31±2.04) kg/m2.The apnea group was significantly higher than the normal group.After inquiring,examination of the normal group the average weight of pregnant women during pregnancy were increased(17.1±2.21)kg;the apnea average weight group of pregnant women during pregnancy were increased(17.4 ± 4.15.4)kg;the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pre-pregnancy obesity is a risk factor for sleep apnea occurs during pregnancy,and sleep apnea weight has little effect on pregnant women,so the appropriate methods are just taken to improve sleep quality.
