摘要
目的:护理是一门实践性很强的学科,临床实习在护理教育中发挥着至关重要的作用,是护生理论知识与护理能力有机结合的最好契机,同时也是护生真正认识和实践护理工作的关键阶段。基于此,本文主要总结了多年临床带教工作的几点经验。
Nursing is a subject with very strong practicality.Clinical practice plays a vital role in nursing education.It is the best opportunity for nursing students theoretical knowledge and nursing ability of organic combination,and is also the key stage of nursing students really know and practice nursing work.Based on this,in this paper,the author mainly summarizes some experiences in many years clinical teaching work.
