临床科室对消毒供应室满意度调查分析及对策

摘要 目的:了解临床科室对消毒供应中心的工作满意度,有效促进各个科室间的内部沟通,发现问题,解决问题。方法:使用问卷调查的方式,每月由专人对本院20个临床科室的工作人员做满意度调查,并对调查结果整理分析。结果:临床科室工作人员对供应室服务态度的满意度95.3%,对回收下放情况满意度95%,对有关业务的满意度96.5%,对无菌物品质量满意度98%。结论:通过专项满意度调查,有效增进了和各个临床科室间的沟通与了解。消毒供应中心转变服务理念,优化完善各项服务模式,满足了各个临床科室的要求,服务质量也得到了明显改善。 Objective:To understand the satisfaction of clinical departments on disinfection supply room and promote the internal communication between the various departments effectively,finding and solving problems.Methods:The specialist surveyed the staff satisfaction of 20 clinical departments monthly by using questionnaire and analyzed the results of the investigation.Results:The satisfaction level of supply service attitude from clinical staff was 95.3%,and the satisfaction level of recycling down was 95%.The satisfaction level of the related business was 96.5%,and the satisfaction level of the sterile items quality was 98%.Conclusion:The special satisfaction survey enhanced the communication and understanding between various clinical departments effectively.Disinfection supply room should change the service concept and improve the service mode,which meets the requirements of the various clinical departments,and improves service quality significantly.
