摘要
本文报告1例关节痛误诊为类风湿性关节炎的病例,指出典型性的对称性小关节痛且类风湿因子(RF)阳性不是诊断类风湿性关节炎的绝对标准,应注意有无全身各个系统损害及血清中其他标志性自身抗体阳性。
In this article,the author reported 1 case of joint pain misdiagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis,and pointed out that the symmetry of typical small joint pain and positive for RF was not the absolute standard for diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis,whether each system of the whole body damaged and positive for other characteristic serum antibodies should be paid attention.
