髌骨不稳定软组织手术治疗的研究进展

Research progress of soft tissue operation treatment in patellar instability

引起髌骨不稳定的因素有先天及后天因素之分,且经常与其他膝关节疾病同时存在,诊断具有一定的难度。本文通过研究髌骨不稳定的病因、临床诊断要点,对主流的软组织手术进行分析,讨论该疾病在诊断方面容易出现漏诊的原因以及手术方案的选择。

Factors causing patellar instability include congenital and acquired factors.The disease often exist at the same time with the other knee joint diseases,and diagnosis is difficult.In this paper,through the research on etiology of patellar instability and clinical diagnosis,we analyze the mainstream soft tissue operation,and discuss the misdiagnosis reasons in diagnosis aspect and selection of operation scheme.
