依帕司他联合α硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical observation of epalrestat combined with alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:观察依帕司他联合α硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者90例随机分为两组。治疗组给予依帕司他联合α硫辛酸治疗,对照组给予α硫辛酸治疗,疗程均4周;治疗结束后比较两组治疗前后临床疗效及神经传导速度变化。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为84.4%和62.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组神经传导速度治疗后有不同程度改善,治疗组的神经传导速度改善情况明显好于对照组。结论:依帕司他联合α硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效优于α硫辛酸单用,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of epalrestat combined with alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:90 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given epalrestat combined with alpha lipoic acid treatment,and the control group were given alpha lipoic acid treatment.The treatment course was 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical curative effects and the nerve conduction velocity changes of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 84.4% and 62.2%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nerve conduction velocitys of two groups were improved in different degrees after treatment.The nerve conduction velocity of the patients in the treatment group improved significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The epalrestat combined with alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better than alpha lipoic acid alone.It has less adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
