摘要
目的:探讨母婴同室对提高新生儿听力筛查通过率的影响。方法:2012年3月-2013年2月收治新生儿1 280例,按母婴同室与非母婴同室进行听力筛查,将新生儿随机分成观察组与对照组,评价两组新生儿听力筛查的通过率。结果:观察组新生儿听力筛查通过率96.3%,对照组通过率72.5%,χ2=17.11,P<0.01。结论:听力筛查在母婴同室中通过率明显提高,可减少假阳性的发生。
Objective:To investigate the influence of rooming-in on screening rate of the newborn hearing.Methods:1280 neonatus were selected from March 2012 to February 2013.Neonatal hearing screening were taken according to the rooming in and non rooming in.The neonates were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The pass rate of newborn hearing screening in two groups was assessed.Results:The pass rate of newborn hearing screening in the observation group was 96.3%,and that in the control group was 72.5%,χ2=17.11,P<0.01.Conclusion:The pass rate of newborn hearing screening of rooming-in increases significantly,and the occurrence of false positive also reduces.
