摘要
目的:分析研究3种吉妮宫内节育器的临床应用价值。方法:2007年12月-2012年12月收治采取吉妮宫内节育器妇女362例,吉妮柔适宫内节育器妇女93例,吉妮致美宫内节育器妇女299例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:吉妮柔适宫内节育器不良反应、带环受孕以及下移取出和其他两组对比相对比较低。结论:3种吉妮宫内节育器具有固定、不易脱落、体积小、不良反应小等优点,均适用于宫腔宽大的子宫,因此,要根据患者的具体情况采取相对应的吉妮宫内节育器。
Objective:To study the clinical application value of 3 kinds of gynefix IUD.Methods:We selected 362 women with Gynefix IUD,93 women with Janine Rou Se IUD,299 women with Janine Zhimei IUD from December 2007 to December 2012.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of them.Results:The adverse reactions,pregnancy with IUD and move out of Janine Rou Se IUD were relatively low than the other two IUD.Conclusion:The 3 kinds of Gynefix IUD have advantage of fixed,not easy to fall off,small size,less adverse reactions advantages.They are applicable to the uterine cavity large uterus.Therefore,we must take the relative Gynefix IUD according to the specific circumstances of patients.
