小儿过敏性紫癜消化道出血应用甲泼尼龙的效果观察

The observation on the effect of methylprednisolone in the treatment of children allergic purpura hemorrhage of digestive tract

目的:探讨小儿过敏性紫癜消化道出血应用甲泼尼龙的治疗效果。方法:2010年1月-2014年5月收治过敏性紫癜消化道出血患儿44例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组与观察组均接受常规抗感染治疗,治疗期间,注意补充抗组胺药、钙剂以及西咪替丁等药物。观察组另给予甲泼尼龙治疗,对照组另给予止血敏药物辅助治疗。结果:治疗结束后,对照组22例患儿中,显效15例(68.2%),有效3例(13.6%),无效4例(18.2%),总有效率81.8%;观察组22例患儿中,显效17例(77.3%),有效4例(18.2%),无效1例(4.5%),总有效率95.5%。经对比分析最终发现,观察组治疗效果明显比对照组更佳,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,治疗过程中,对照组有3例患者出现头晕、恶心等不适反应,观察组则无明显不适反应。结论:甲泼尼龙治疗过敏性紫癜消化道内出血疗效显著,无不良反应,安全性能高,适合于临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of methylprednisolone in the treatment of children allergic purpura hemorrhage of digestive tract.Methods:44 children with allergic purpura hemorrhage of digestive tract were selected from January 2010 to May2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in both of groups were received routine anti infection treatment,and during the treatment,we should pay attention to add antihistamines,calcium,cimetidine and other drugs.Patients in the observation group added methylprednisolone treatment,and patients in the control group were treated with adjuvant therapy of dicynone.Results:After the treatment,among 22 cases of the control group,15 cases were cured(68.2%);3cases were effective(13.6%);4 cases invalid(18.2%);the total efficiency of the control group was 81.8%.Among 22 cases of the observation group,17 cases were cured(77.3%);4 cases were effective(18.2%);1 cases invalid(4.5%);the total efficiency of the observation group was 95.5%.Through the contrast analysis,we finally found out that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).In addition,3 cases of the control group occurred with dizziness,nausea and other discomfort reaction during treatment,but the observation group had no obvious discomfort reaction.Conclusion:Methylprednisolone can have curative effect in the treatment of allergic purpura hemorrhage of digestive tract,and it also has no adverse reaction,high safety performance,so it is suitable for clinical application.
