摘要
目的:研究呈肺炎表现的非典型哮喘患儿的诊治。方法:2013年2月-2014年5月收治肺炎非典型哮喘患儿56例,均行X线检查,并静滴地塞米松,症状显著减轻后改用口服泼尼松。结果:治疗5 d后,49例患儿症状及体征完全消失,7例患儿咳嗽基本得到控制。结论:对于小儿非典型哮喘,应用糖皮质激素治疗,临床效果确切,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of atypical asthma children with pneumonia performance.Methods:56atypical asthma children with pneumonia were selected from February 2013 to May 2014.They were all given X-ray examination and intravenous dexamethasone.After symptoms significantly reduced,they were given oral prednisone.Results:After 5 days treatment,the symptoms and signs of 49 cases of children were disappeared,7 cases of children cough basically under control.Conclusion:For children with atypical asthma,glucocorticoid therapy has exact clinical effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
