肠痈膏配合西药治疗慢性阑尾炎临床疗效

Analysis of the clinical effect of appendicitis cream with western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic appendicitis

目的:观察肠痈膏配合西药对慢性阑尾炎的治疗效果,探讨该方法在临床上应用价值和意义。方法:2011年12月-2012年12月收治慢性阑尾炎患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西药进行治疗,试验组给予肠痈膏配合西药进行治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。对相关指标进行统计学分析。结果:试验组中治疗总有效率96%,高于对照组的82%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比常规西药的治疗方法,联合使用肠痈膏和西药对慢性阑尾炎具有更好的治疗效果,因此该方法值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of appendicitis cream with western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic appendicitis,to explore the significance and the application value of this method in clinical practice.Methods:100 patients with chronic appendicitis were selected from December 2011 to December 2012.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment.The experimental group received the treatment for appendicitis cream with western medicine.We observed the clinical effect of the two groups and statistically analyzed the relevant indicators.Results:The total effective was 48 cases(96%) in the experimental group,high than 82% of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to conventional western medicine treatment,appendicitis cream with western medicine for chronic appendicitis has a better therapeutic effect,therefore,this method is worthy of further promotion and use in clinical practice.
