摘要
目的:研究血清酶类及其他生化项目检测时溶血对结果的影响。方法:收集门诊健康体检者50例的血液标本作为分析对象,分别用普通生化真空采血管空腹静脉采集血液2管,3~5 mL/管,其中1管人为使其溶血作为分析组,1管在37℃水温箱温浴作为对照组。两组血液标本进行血清酶类及其他生化项目检测,对比分析两组检测结果。结果:分析组与对照组在血清葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、氯(Cl-)、钙(Ca2+)上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两组在其他酶类及生化项目血清肌酐(Cr)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、尿酸(UA)、钾(K+)、钠(Na+)检测结果上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溶血对GLU、TBIL、DBIL、Cl-、Ca2+检测结果不会产生明显影响,但对其他酶类及生化项目Cr、LDH、CK、ALT、UA、K+、Na+检测结果则会产生明显影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。故在临床生化检测时务必检查标本是否存在溶血现象。
Objective:To study the influence of hemolysis on the results of the serum enzymes and other biochemical projects detection.Methods:50 cases of blood samples of outpatient health check-up people were selected as the analysis objects.They were respectively fasting venous blood collected two tube by using ordinary biochemical vacuum blood vessels,3~5 m L/tube,and one tube was hemolysis by man-made as the analysis group.The other one tube was in 37 ℃ water bath box temperature as the control group.The serum enzymes and other biochemical projects were detected in blood samples of two groups.The test results of two groups were analyzed.Results:The difference of the serum glucose(GLU),total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),chlorine(Cl-),calcium(Ca2+) of the analysis group and the control group were no statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of other enzymes and biochemical projects such as serum creatinine(Cr),lactic acid dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),uric acid(UA),potassium(K+),sodium(Na+) detection results of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemolysis has no obvious influence on GLU,TBIL,DBIL,Cl-,Ca2 +detection results,but it has obvious influence on other enzymes and biochemical projects such as Cr,LDH,CK,ALT,UA,K+,Na+detection results,and there are significant differences with statistical significance(P<0.05).It is sure to check whether the samples have hemolysis in clinical and biochemical detection.
