摘要目的:评估NT-pro BNP对扩张型心肌病(DCM)心衰患者的预后价值。方法:对78例DCM患者检测NT-pro BNP和射血分数(LVEF),随访中位数13.5个月(3~25个月),观察心血管事件(心源性死亡及心衰失代偿再入院)情况。结果:1再发事件组LVEF更低[(39.4±8.2)%vs(46.2±8.6)%],NT-pro BNP中位数更高(6 803.0 pg/m L vs2 464.0 pg/mL）,P<0.01,肌酐较高[(113.6±48.4)μmol/L vs(90.6±31.1)μmol/L],P<0.05。2 Cox模型显示lg(NT-pro BNP)是DCM患者独立的心血管事件再发生的预后因素,OR=3.775(95%CI 1.668~8.540,P=0.001)。结论:NT-pro BNP对DCM患者预后评估有重要价值。 Objective:To evaluate NT-pro BNP in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)patients with heart failure value.Methods:78 patients with DCM were detected the NT-pro BNP and ejection fraction(LVEF).The median follow-up was 13.5months(3~25 months).We observed the cardiovascular events(cardiac death and heart failure decompensation readmission)situation.Results:1The recurrent event group had lower LVEF[(39.4±8.2)% vs(46.2±8.6)%];NT-pro BNP median was higher(6803.0 pg/m L vs 2 464.0 pg/m L),P<0.01;creatinine was higher[(113.6±48.4)μmol/L vs(90.6±31.1)μmol/L],P<0.05.2Cox model showed lg(NT-pro BNP) was an independent prognostic factor in patients with DCM recurrence of cardiovascular events,OR=3.775(95%CI:1.668~8.540,P=0.001).Conclusion:NT-pro BNP for prognosis in patients with DCM has an important value.
