中药内服配合灌肠治疗盆腔炎35例临床观察与护理体会

Clinical observation and nursing experience on traditional Chinese medicine combined with enema in the treatment of 35 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:观察中药内服配合灌肠对湿热瘀结证盆腔炎患者的治疗和护理效果。方法:收治盆腔炎患者75例,随机分为对照组30例和治疗组35例,对照组给予头孢曲松、甲硝唑静滴治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础之上给予中药内服配合灌肠治疗。结果:对照组有效率73.33%,治疗组有效率94.29%,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服配合灌肠对湿热瘀结证盆腔炎有较好的治疗作用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine combined with enema in the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis syndrome of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:75 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into the control group with 30 cases and the treatment group with 35 cases.Patients in the control group were given intravenous therapy of ceftriaxone and metronidazole.Patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with enema based on the treatment given in the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%,which was obviously higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese traditional medicine combined with enema has good curative effect on damp heat and blood stasis syndrome pelvic inflammatory disease.
