Nursing experience on noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute exacerbations of COPD

目的:探讨无创正压通气治疗COPD急性加重期的护理体会。方法:回顾47例COPD急性加重期患者应用无创正压通气治疗的护理。结果:45例患者症状明显改善,4~7 d病情缓解脱机,治疗有效。结论:无创正压通气操作简单易行,患者痛苦少。高效优质的护理措施是保证治疗成功的关键。

Objective:To investigate the nursing experience on noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute exacerbations of COPD.Methods:We reviewed the nursing experince of 47 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD treated by noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.Results:After the treatment,the symptoms improved significantly in 45 patients.They were remission offline after 4~7 d.It proved that the treatment was effective.Conclusion:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is a simple operation,and also it has less pain.The high quality of nursing care is the key to the successful treatment.
