摘要
目的:探讨介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者的护理方法,以期提高介入术后患者的护理效果。方法:通过对42例急性心肌梗死患者介入手术进行术前准备、术后护理、积极预防并发症的发生,以保证手术的安全性和成功率。结果:42例患者中有41例安全度过危险期,1例死亡,死亡率2.4%。结论:良好的护理是手术获得成功的关键。
Objective:To evaluate the nursing methods of interventional treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction,in order to improve the nursing effect of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:In order to ensure the operation safety and success rate of 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction,we given every patients preoperative preparation,postoperative nursing,and prevent the occurrence of complications actively.Results:In 42 cases,a total of 41 cases get through the dangerous period;1 patients died,and the mortality was 2.4%.Conclusion:The key to the success of operation is giving good care for patients.
