摘要
目的:众所周知,高血压是中老年常见的心血管疾病之一,在我国位居心脑血管病危险因素的首位,严重威胁着人类的健康。长期高血压易造成心脏病、脑血管病、肾脏病等严重并发症,这些并发症的发生发展与高血压能否得到有效控制密切相关。而准确测量血压和知晓影响血压的因素是控制血压的前提,本人通过对社区223例高血压患者的随访,就影响血压的因素做简单论述。
As everyone knows,the hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in the elderly,ranking first in the dangerous of China residents suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.It is serious threat to human health.Long term hypertension may cause serious complications of heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,kidney disease,etc.,but the occurrence and development of these complications closely related with wether the hypertension can be effectively controlled.The accurate measurement of blood pressure and know the influence factors of blood pressure is the premise to control blood pressure.Through the follow-up of 223 cases of hypertension patients in community,we will discuss the influence factors of blood pressure.
