摘要
目的:护患关系和谐、正常与否直接关系着临床护理工作,影响医院护理秩序和质量。良好的护患关系,对患者的早日康复起着非常重要作用。本文探讨了护患沟通技巧的应用,通过有效的护患沟通,建立良好的护患关系,从而为患者提供科学的、系统的护理,促进患者早日康复。
A harmonious relationship between patients and nurses,normal or not directly related to clinical nursing work,and directly affect the hospital care order and quality. A good nurse patient relationship was very important on the early recovery of patients.In this text,the author investigated the application of communication skills between nurses and patients.Through effective communication between nurses and patients, a good relationship between nurses and patients was established,thus science and system nursing was provided for patients,to promote early rehabilitation of patients.
