摘要
目的:观察美托洛尔对高血压患者的心率管理的疗效。方法:将86例高血压病患者随机分成两组,治疗组除了其他降压药之外加用美托洛尔控制心率,对照组服用非β受体阻滞剂类的降压药及安慰剂(维生素C片)。结果:治疗组心率总达标率90.7%,对照组心率总达标率32.6%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔治疗高血压能显著降低患者心率,以降低远期死亡率及心血管事件。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of metoprolol managing heart rate in patients with hypertension.Methods:86patients with hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group were treated with metoprolol in addition to other blood pressure medication to control heart rate,and the control group were treated with antihypertensive drug like nonβ-blockers and placebo(vitamin C).Results:The total success rate of the treatment group was 90.7%,and the total success rate of the control group was 32.6%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol can reduce the heart rates of patients with hypertension significantly and reduce long-term mortality and cardiovascular events.
