老年心血管心力衰竭56例临床诊断方法和治疗体会

Clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of 56 cases of heart failure in elderly patients

目的:探讨诊断老年心血管心力衰竭的经验及有效治疗措施。方法:2013年3月-2014年3月收治老年心血管心力衰竭患者56例,首先询问病史,查找病因,然后从辅助诊断中查找病因和诊断依据。在治疗方法上选择利尿剂,同时给予强心苷类药物、β受体阻断剂、ACEI等。结果:本组56例患者经过治疗,痊愈7例(12.5%),显效29例(51.8%),有效18例(32.1%),无效2例(3.6%),总有效率96.4%。结论:严格按照诊断标准,充分利用检查手段,加强对患者的询问是诊断老年心血管心力衰竭的重要措施,在给予利尿剂的同时给予强心苷类药物、β受体阻断剂、ACEI进行治疗,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in elderly patients.Methods:56patients with senile heart failure were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.First of all,we asked history of disease,searched the pathogeny,and then we found the etiology and diagnostic basis from the auxiliary diagnosis.In therapy,we chose diuretics,at the same time,the patients were given the strong heart glucoside class medicine,beta blockers, ACEI and so on.Results:In the 56 patients,after treatment,7 cases were recovered(12.5%);29 cases were markedly effective(51.8%);18 cases were effective(32.1%);2cases were invalid(3.6%).The total efficiency was 96.4%.Conclusion:Strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria,the full use of inspection means,strengthening the patient's inquiry are important measures for the diagnosis of heart failure in elderly.While giving diuretics,patients should be given cardiac glycoside drugs,β-blockers,ACEI therapy.The effect is significant,and it is worth promoting.
