超声引导下经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的疗效及安全性观察

Observation of the efficacy and safety of kidney stone patients treated by ultrasound guided percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser

目的:分析超声引导下经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收治肾结石患者50例,在超声引导下采取经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术治疗,分析患者治疗后的临床疗效及安全性。结果:50例患者手术均实施成功,成功率100%;结石清除率92%,4例残余结石行二期手术取净。结论:超声引导下经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的临床疗效经研究得到明确肯定,值得在肾结石临床治疗中广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of kidney stone patients treated by ultrasound guided percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser.Methods:50 patients with renal calculi were selected.They were treated with ultrasound guided by percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser.We analyzed the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:Operation of 50 patients were successful,and the success rate was 100%;the stone clearance rate was 92%,and 4 cases of residual stones were taken out with two stage operation.Conclusion:The efficacy of kidney stone patients treated with ultrasound guided percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser is significant.It is worthy of wide application in clinical treatment of renal calculi.
