长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

Clinical study of Changchun fluoxetine combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:2012年3月-2014年3月收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者68例,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组34例。对照组予以单纯性甲钴胺进行治疗,试验组采用长春西汀和甲钴胺联合方案进行治疗。结果:试验组总有效率(91.18%)明显优于对照组(67.65%),且神经传导速度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效确切,安全系数高,值得临床大力推广与应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of changchun fluoxetine combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:68 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from March 2012 to March2014.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 34 cases in each.The control group were given simple mecobalamin treatment,and the experimental group used changchun vinpocetine and mecobalamin treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(91.18%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.65%),and the nerve conduction velocity was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of changchun fluoxetine combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is curative,and the safety coefficient is high,so it is worth the clinical promotion and application.
