头孢曲松与盐酸大观霉素治疗单纯性淋病疗效对比观察

Comparison of curative effect observation of ceftriaxone and spectinomycin hydrochloride in the treatment of simple gonorrhea

目的:观察对比头孢曲松与盐酸大观霉素治疗单纯性淋病的临床疗效。方法:2012-2013年收治单纯性淋病患者86例,根据用药方法不同平均分为治疗组和对照组各43例,其中前者使用头孢曲松,后者使用盐酸大观霉素,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率97.6%,对照组总有效率86.1%;治疗组细菌转阴率也明显小于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头孢曲松针对单纯性淋病疗效显著,并发症少,对患者的生活质量有很大改善。

Objective:To explore the curative effect observation of ceftriaxone and spectinomycin hydrochloride in the treatment of simple gonorrhea.Methods:86 patients with simple gonorrhea were selected from 2012 to 2013.According to the different methods of treatment,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The former was treated with ceftriaxone,and the latter was treated with spectinomycin hydrochloride.We observed the curative effect of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 97.6%.In control group,the total efficiency was 86.1%.The treatment group was greater than the control group.The bacteria clearance rate was significantly smaller than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of simple gonorrhea is remarkable.Complication is little.It can improve the quality of life of patients significantly.
