摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜保守性术后辅助Gn RH-a治疗中重度卵巢型子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效。方法:2010年1月-2013年1月收治中重度卵巢型子宫内膜异位囊肿患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组术后服用避孕药,观察组服用Gn RH-a类药物。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率88%,对照组治疗总有效率68%,观察组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者用药后,其FSH、LH水平都明显低于用药前(P<0.05);但观察组用药后其FSH和LH下降水平较对照组更加明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔镜保守性术后辅助Gn RH-a治疗中重度卵巢型子宫内膜异位囊肿能有效改善患者临床指标,提高临床治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To disscuss the clinical effects of Gn RH-a in treatment of moderate and severe type of ovarian endometriosis cyst after laparoscopic conservative surgery.Methods:100 patients with moderate and severe type of ovarian endometriosis cyst were selected from January 2010 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each.The control group were given the contraceptive pill.The observation group were given the Gn RH- class drugs.We compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment of the observation group was 88%;the total effective rate of the treatment of the control group was 68%.The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the two patients after treatment,the FSH,LH levels were significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05);but the the FSH and LH levels decreased levels of the observation group after the treatment were more obviously those of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gn RH-a in the treatment of moderate and severe type of ovarian endometriosis cyst after laparoscopic conservative surgery can improve the clinical indexes effectively, improve the clinical treatment effect, and reduce the suffering of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
