摘要
目的:分析小儿跛行病因,提高诊断水平。方法:对266例跛行患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组患儿急性起病68%,慢性起病32%。跛行病因多种多样,神经系统方面疾病107例(40.2%),骨关节疾病98例(36.8%),肌肉病损32例(12.0%),其他病损29例(10.9%)。结论:小儿跛行病因多种多样,诊断需结合病史、全面体检和必要的辅助检查。只有综合分析才能了解跛行病因,及时正确作出诊断。
Objective:To analyze the etiology of children with claudication,in order to improve the level of diagnosis.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of 266 cases of children with claudication.Results: In this group of children, 68% were acute onset,and 32% were chronic onset.Claudication causes were diverse,nervous system diseases in 107 cases(40.2%),joint disease in 98 cases(36.8%),muscle damage in 32 cases(12.0%),other disease damage in 29 cases(10.9%).Conclusion:The etiology of children with claudication is variety.The diagnosis requires a combination of history,a comprehensive physical examination and necessary auxiliary examinations.Only the comprehensive analysis to understand the cause of lameness,we will make the correct diagnosis timely.
