长春市宽城区兴业社区重性精神病病例基本信息分析

Analysis of the basic information of severe psychiatric patients in Xingye community of Kuancheng district in Changchun city

目的:探讨长春市宽城区兴业社区重性精神病病例的基本信息资料,为及时有效实施重性精神疾病监护和干预提供依据。方法:资料来源于"686"项目,采用EXCEL提取重性精神疾病信息管理系统中的患者基本数据信息,运用SPSS 19.0统计学软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:1960-1969年出生年龄组所占的比重最高;性别构成,男81例(48.2%),女87例(51.8%);无业人员165例,占总病例数的98.2%;非贫困有152例(90.5%)。结论:重性精神疾病患者以青壮年人口为主,男女比例基本持平,无业人员所占比重大,具有基本的文化素质,未婚人口较多,非贫困人口占多数。

Objective:To investigate the basic information of severe psychiatric patients in Xingye community of Kuancheng district in Changchun city,in order to provide the basis for the timely and effective implementation of heavy mental disease monitoring and intervention.Methods:Those data was came from the "686" project.The basic data information was extracted from information management system of severe psychiatric patients by EXCEL.Then we statistically analyzed the data using SPSS 19.0software.Results:The highest proportion of patients were borned in 1960-1969 years;there were 81 cases of male(48.2%),and 87 cases of female(51.8%);165 cases were unemployed,accounting for 98.2%;152 cases were non poverty(90.5%).Conclusion:Patients with serious mental illness are mainly young people.The proportion of men and women is basically flat.Most of the patients are unemployed.Therefore,they also has the basic literacy,and unmarried population.In addation,mostly are non poverty.
