中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭39例临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment in 39 cases of chronic renal failure

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:收治慢性肾功能衰竭患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用肾康方,200 m L/次,2次/d。两组疗程均2个月。观察患者尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)并计算内生肌酐(Ccr)治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率80.00%,对照组总有效率65.71%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组。两组治疗后BUN、Scr均有不同程度降低,Ccr有不同程度升高,治疗组BUN、Scr较治疗前和对照组同期比较均显著下降(P<0.05),对照组Ccr较治疗前和对照组同期比较均显著升高。结论:中西医结合治疗既能改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床症状,又能明显改善肾功能,对慢性肾功能衰竭有较好的治疗作用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment in chronic renal failure.Methods:70 patients with chronic renal failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment.The treatment group were given Shen Kang Fang on the basis of the control group,200 m L one time,2 times one days.The treatment courses of two groups were 2months.The blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr) of patients were observed,and the changes of endogenous creatinine(Ccr) were calculated before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%.The total effective rate of the control group was 65.71%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.BUN and Scr were decreased in different degree in two groups after the treatment,and Ccr was increased at different degree.BUN and Scr of the treatment group compared with those before treatment and the control group at the same period were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Ccr of the control group compared with those before treatment and the control group at the same period were significantly increased.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment not only can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure,but also can improve renal function.It has a good curative effect on chronic renal failure.
