摘要
目的:通过探讨医疗机构的临床检验质量控制方法,旨在进一步提高医疗机构的服务水平。方法:2014年2月收治患者80例,重点分析质量控制过程对检验结果的不同影响。结果:通过加强对临床检验的质量控制,使得临床检验结果的准确性大大提高,临床医生和患者对检验工作的满意度也得到了很大的提升。结论:只有不断提高临床检验的质量,才能进一步提高医疗机构的服务水平,达到患者以及家属的满意度。
Objective:Through the discussion of clinical laboratory quality control method for medical institutions,to further improve the level of service in medical institutions.Methods:80 patients were selected in February 2014.We focused on the analysis of different influence on the test results of the quality control process.Results:By strengthening quality control of clinical laboratory,the accuracy of clinical examination results were greatly improved, The satisfactions of inspection job of clinicians and patients were also improved.Conclusion:Only by constant improvement of the quality of clinical laboratory,we can further improve the medical service level to meet he satisfaction of patients and their families.
