摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在小结节甲状腺癌诊断中的应用。方法:2011年12月-2013年12月收治小结节甲状腺癌患者53例,对其彩色多普勒超声诊断资料进行分析,并与手术病理结果进行对比。结果:本组53例小结节甲状腺癌患者中,术前彩色多普勒超声诊断49例(诊断符合率92.45%),误诊为甲状腺腺瘤的患者4例。结论:彩色多普勒超声在小结节甲状腺癌诊断中具有较高的临床价值,可以作为首选诊断手段。
Objective:To investigate the application of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of small nodules thyroid carcinoma.Methods:53 patients with small nodule thyroid cancer were selected from December 2011 to December 2013,we analyzed the color doppler diagnostic datas of them,and compared with the operation pathology results.Results:In this 53 cases of small nodules thyroid cancer patients,49 cases were diagnosed by preoperative color doppler(the diagnosis coincidence rate was92.45%),4 patients were misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma.Conclusion:The clinical value of color doppler in the diagnosis of nodules thyroid carcinoma is high,it can be used as the preferred diagnostic method.
