骨科护理风险因素分析及护理防范对策

Analysis of the nursing risk factors in the department of orthopedics and provide some nursing countermeasure

目的:探讨骨科护理风险因素并制定护理防范对策。方法:2012年1月-2013年12月收治骨科患者130例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组在全面分析骨科护理风险因素的基础上加强护理风险管理,通过比较两组护理效果(投诉事件、意外伤害)进行效果评价。结果:试验组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强风险管理可有效避免不良事件,促进患者恢复,提高护理质量,建议在临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the nursing risk factors in the department of orthopedics,and to provide some nursing countermeasures.Methods:130 patients in the department of orthopedics were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the control group had received the routine nursing intervention,while patients in the experimental group were strengthen the nursing risk management based on comprehensive analysis nursing risk factors in department of orthopedics,then we evaluated and compared the effect of nursing between the two groups(complaint events,accident).Results:The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen risk management can effectively avoid the adverse events,and promote the recovery of patients.It can improve the quality of nursing,so we recommend that risk management can be applicated in clinical.
