摘要
目的:探讨氧气驱动布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的护理疗效。方法:2011年10月-2014年4月收治毛细支气管炎患者45例,在基础治疗前提下使用氧气驱动布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:经过治疗护理,45例均取得满意疗效。结论:氧气驱动布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎具有操作简便、局部药物浓度高、疗效好、安全、不良反应小等优点。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of nursing of oxygen driven budesonide atomization inhalation traetment for bronchiolitis.Methods:45 patients with bronchiolitis were selected from October 2011 to April 2014.They were treated with oxygen driven budesonide atomization inhalation traetment on the basis of basic treatment.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:After treatment and nursing,45 cases had satisfactory effect.Conclusion:Oxygen driven budesonide atomization inhalation traetment for bronchiolitis has many advantages,such as simple operation,high local drug concentration,good curative effect,safety,less adverse drug reactions and so on.
