摘要
目的:研究护理干预在乳腺癌患者术后患肢恢复功能的疗效。方法:将112例乳腺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规的护理模式,而试验组采用在常规护理模式的基础上进行护理干预,观察和比较两组患者的患者功能恢复情况。结果:试验组的基本功能恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能够有效提高乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能恢复的疗效,增强功能锻炼的效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention after breast cancer operation on the affected limb function exercise rehabilitation.Methods:112 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the experimental group were given nursing intervention based on routine nursing mode.We compared the functional recovery condition of the patients in two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the basic function recovery was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively improve the curative effect of limb function recovery of patients after breast cancer operation,and enhance the effect of functional exercise.
